John D. Wallace, DDS, MD

John D. Wallace, DDS, MDDr. Wallace began his college education at 15 years of age at the University of North Texas through a state-wide math and science magnet school program. After completing his high school requirements, he transferred to The University of Texas at Austin where he obtained his undergraduate degree in biology. Dr. Wallace received his dental degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio and graduated Summa Cum Laude, with honors in research, following an internship at the National Institute of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. The doctor earned his medical degree from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, then completed general surgery and oral and maxillofacial surgery training at Parkland Memorial Hospital. He continued his postgraduate training with a fellowship in craniomaxillofacial and orthognathic surgery at the world-renowned Posnick Center and Georgetown University Hospital.

Dr. Wallace’s clinical interests include soft-tissue and bone grafting procedures and orthognathic/reconstructive jaw surgery. He travels the globe each year on mission trips to perform cleft lip and palate surgery.

Steven D. Sherry, DDS, MD

Steven D. Sherry, DDS, MDDr. Sherry earned his undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania and his dental degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, where he graduated first in his class. After receiving his medical degree from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dr. Sherry completed general surgery and oral and maxillofacial surgery training at Parkland Memorial Hospital. A one-year fellowship in cosmetic surgery at Willow Bend Cosmetic Surgery Center in Plano followed. Dr. Sherry serves as an adjunct professor at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

The doctor’s clinical interests include dental implants and bone grafting, orthognathic/reconstructive jaw surgery, and facial cosmetic surgery.
